I am a Peaceful Spanish 3 Bedroom House with a spacious garden. I am located in Los Angeles in the beautiful neighbourhod of Silverlake<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Accommodations:<\/strong> 3\u00a0Bedrooms, 1.5 Baths (Sleeps 4-5), living room & dining room<\/span><\/p>\n

– Fully furnished gourmet kitchen with top BOSCH appliances (refridgerator, stove &\u00a0dishwasher), microwave, espresso machine, ice maker as well as dishes, glasses & utensils<\/p>\n

– 2 Bedrooms with Queen beds that comfortably sleep 2 each, third smaller bedroom has a twin size bed. Linens are provided<\/p>\n

– Large living room with woodburning fireplace, \u00a0dining room and \u00a0additional lounge area with daybed. The feel of the place is peaceful and warm.<\/p>\n

– dark hardwood floor or classic Spanish Saltillo tiling throughout<\/p>\n

– 1 full bathroom with bathtub and shower , plus an additional guest toilet on the other side of the house. Towels are provided as well.<\/p>\n

– Spacious wrap-around sundeck adjacent to kitchen and living room with outdoor dining table and lounge chairs facing garden, trees, vegetation, and with a great view on the beautiful hills of Silverlake. Perfect for dinner parties, brunch with friends, and very suitable for business meetings.<\/p>\n

– 2 additional Saltillo tiled patios in the front of the house, facing the serenity of a gorgeous\u00a0bamboo garden, all shield for privacy by adobe wall. One of the patios is a lanai style with an antique long wooden entry hall bench and a tiled coffee house table. \u00a0This is a great space to chill, read, or have a glass of wine in the evening<\/p>\n

– Cable TV available. High speed wireless internet throughout inside and outside (except for lower garden levels) the minute you checked in. Great cell phone reception for main carriers (Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T)<\/p>\n

– Washer & dryer unit available in the basement<\/p>\n

– private driveway for 2 cars, and ample street parking<\/p>\n

The neighborhood is family friendly and peaceful. Silverlake’s favorite hangout ‘Sunset Junction’ with restaurants, coffee places, internet cafes and shops is a stonethrow\u00a0away.<\/p>\n

Additionally, the beautiful Silverlake Reservoir with its recreational choices of 2.3 mile jogging and walking path surrounding the lake, a recreation center with playgrounds, park and basketball court or the relaxing ‘Silverlake Meadow’ for family gatherings and summer chill outs are in walking distance.<\/p>\n

Altogether, easy accessibility to main freeways ensures connectivity to all Los Angeles main attractions and neighborhoods (20 – 30 min to beach, 15-20 min to\u00a0studios, 5 min to Hollywood, 5 min to Downtown & LA Convention Center or Staples Center, 20 min to Pasadena).<\/p>\n
